Your brand worked hard to look the way it does. Your platform should keep up. With Bello's Branding settings, you can bring your logo and colours into the dashboard and live meetings so everything feels intentional, professional, and unmistakably yours.
Let's set it up.
When Would You Do This?
Use Branding settings when:
You want your logo front and centre instead of the default
You're running sessions for a specific client and want it to feel like their world
You manage multiple brands and need to switch between them without breaking a sweat
You just want things to look like you actually built them
Any of those? Great. Let's get into it.
Step 1: Head to Branding Settings
Log in to your Bello Dashboard. In the left-hand sidebar, scroll down to Account and click Settings. From there, select Branding.
You're in. This is where everything in this guide lives.
Step 2: Upload Your Logos
You'll see two logo slots waiting for you at the top of the page.
Meeting Image — shows up inside your project meetings. It's what participants see when they're in the room with you.
Full-sized Default Logo — lives on the dashboard and goes out in emails. This is the one your clients will see on repeat.
Click Upload Image on each, pick your file (JPG or PNG, 1MB max), and hit Save Logos when you're done.
📌 Note: The two slots are completely independent. Use a square icon for meetings and a wide logo for the dashboard if that works better for your brand.
Step 3: Build a Colour Theme
Scroll down to Colour Theme. This is the fun part.
Click New Theme in the top right, give it a name, and you'll get five colour slots to make your own:
Brand Background — sets the tone for the navigation sidebar and meeting room.
Brand Colour — your hero colour. Shows up on highlights, badges, and moderator avatars.
Button Colour — the background colour of every button across the product. Make it pop.
Icon Colour — controls how icons and interactive elements look throughout the platform.
Background Colour — the tint behind live meeting cards and the main content area.
Click any colour swatch to open the colour picker, get your shade exactly right, and move on. Once all five are dialled in, hit Create Theme.
📌 Note: You can build up to 5 themes. Perfect if you're juggling multiple clients or just want to have options ready to go.
Step 4: Activate Your Theme
Back on the Branding page, your saved themes are all lined up. Find the one you want running and click Activate. Bello updates across the platform instantly, no refresh needed.
The active theme stays highlighted so there's never any guessing about what's live.
